I've been tagged...
My wonderful friend tagged me so I guess I need to respond. I really don't like doing this kind of stuff but what the heck!
10 Things that I splurge on:
1. My house- I love it! I love decorating it and making it look nice!
2. Hair products- Even though I get them through my sister in law who is a hairdresser I like Biolage shampoo and conditioner.
3. TiVo- Now that I have it I won't ever go back. I grew up without cable and I always told myself that it really isn't a neccessity but to be able to pause a show and fast forward commercials, and record my shows so I can watch them later without being interupted, that's the best.
4. Pedicures- I don't get them all the time but when I do get one I love it. Who likes to have gross rough feet anyway?!
5. Facials- Have you ever had one? They are great. Again I can't get them all the time but trust me I would if I could. I'm actually thinking of going to school for this and opening up a salon with my cousin.
6. Bath and Body Works hand soap- I love the way they smell.
10 Things that I don't splurge on:
1. Clothes- I don't buy any clothing unless it is on sale. What can I say it's out of habit.
2. Brian's haircuts- Even though I hate him doing it only because whenever he does cut it himself he cuts it too short and then wants to shave it.
3. Brian's car- Long story short he went to a abandoned car call at work and ended up talking to the owner of the car and next thing you know we ended up with a $500 car. Brian drives it to and from work. The AC and interior are awesome but it definitely looks like a $500 car on the outside! :)
4. Groceries- Call me cheapskate but I do this thing called couponsense(www.couponsense.com) or the grocerygame (www.thegrocerygame.com). It's where you get the coupons from the sunday paper, file them and then they tell you to use them when it is the cheapest. I don't know how they do it but it's pretty neat. I didn't believe it and neither did Brian but the other day I went to the store with "the list", spent $109 with out coupons or fry's card and then after coupons and fry's card I ended up paying $39.
5. Ebay and Craigslist- Brian is the king of ebay and you can get some good deals on Craigslist
6. Gas- Brian converted the Diesel truck to run off vegtable oil, which he gets for free at restaurants
7. Mechanical work- Thanks to husband who knows how to do anything mechanical. And if he doesn't know how to do it he finds out how.

Thanks for letting us know your blog page. This was a fun entry to help me get to know you guys a little better! I may just have to start getting serious about the coupon usage.
We're glad you guys have a blog so hopefully we can keep up better! I can't believe how cute and grown up Savanah is! She was just a little thing when we saw her!
