100 and Counting!

On Saturday immediately after I was done running Pat's Run we went down to Tucson for Granny B's 100th Birthday! (That's my great grandma on my dad's side for anyone who doesn't know!) What an amazing women she is! It was fun having all the family in Tucson to celebrate this wonderful occasion. Granny B is still alive and kicking. She plays a mean game of Dominoes, loves to sing, and loves reminiscing of stories from her past! And let me tell you her stories are amazing. She has been there done that! I remember going to Missouri as a kid and picking a watermelon from the field and my sister and I would eat the whole thing. Granny B also would make us biscuits and gravy, fried okra and fried green tomatoes (my favorite)! We love her so much! Happy Birthday Granny B! You are the Best!
